The Day Begins and Ends at STAPLES Center - Central Site

A crowd of over 1200 gather outside the STAPLES Center waiting to be bussed to project sites.

Registration volunteers assign volunteers to one of the 16 project sites.

Opening ceremonies include performances by the USC Trojan Band

Mayor James Hahn, L.A. Works Board Co-Chair Bob Johnson,
and actor Richard Dreyfus give words of encouragement and thanks
to the volunteers

The crowd is ready to get to work and make a difference!
