Over 1200 volunteers gathered at STAPLES CENTER and fanned
out through greater Downtown Los Angeles repainting schools,
shelters, and hospitals planting gardens, creating murals
and providing volunteer power!

Rocky Delgadillo
A former board member of L.A. Works, Los Angeles City
Attorney Rockard J. (Rocky) Delgadillo has devoted his
life and career to creating opportunities for the residents,
businesses, and communities of Los Angeles. Rocky Delgadillo
has earned a reputation as an innovator in government
- unafraid of addressing difficult issues in order to
produce winning results for the residents of Los Angeles
L.A. Works is proud to honor Rocky for his community service,
volunteerism, and his steadfast support of L.A. Works.

David Lonner
As an Endeavor partner since 1996 and a leader of its
motion picture division, David Lonner represents a wide
range of successful writers, producers and directors.
David is a former board member of the Early Childhood
Center at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and former
chairman of the entertainment division of the United Jewish
Fund. He serves on the Board of Governors of the American
Jewish Committee, and is a board member of Phase 1 Cancer
Institute at St. John 's Hospital. David is a founder
and chairman of the Endeavor Foundation, which is a supporter
of L.A. Works and similarly committed to volunteerism
in the community. L.A. Works is proud to call David our
friend and to honor him for his commitment to community. |
